Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically driven Senior Sales Chemical Engineer to promote and sell our specialty chemical products across key sectors including Basic Chemical Industries, Water Treatment and Food Processing. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to deliver customized chemical solutions, grow market presence, and build long-term customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned chemical segments (Basic Chemical Industries, Water Treatment and Food).

• Serve as the technical advisor to clients, understanding their process challenges and offering appropriate chemical solutions.

• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and trials to demonstrate value and performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, quality assurance) to tailor solutions based on customer specifications and compliance needs.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with both technical requirements and commercial targets.

• Monitor and report on industry trends, regulations, and competitive activity.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and technical service.

• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and expand market reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical sales, preferably in Basic Chemical, water treatment and food processing.

• Strong technical knowledge of chemical formulations and applications.

• Familiar with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP, HACCP, IFS and Halal Certificate).

• Proven ability to manage a sales territory, develop relationships, and close deals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel to client sites and field locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with customer requirements in regulated industries.

• Experience conducting product trials or application tests on-site.

• Strong proven sales track record
