• Monitoring the transport booking request using the system
• Proe accurate information of transport booking to Road Coordinator
• Responsible for Data Quality of event, references, and documents in the system
• Back up related port settlement and supporting documents related to road activity
• Ensure thepleteness and correctness of revenue and cost
• Check the application of andpliance with the internal regulations, the protocol, and more specifically the health and safety rules according to QHSE
• Check and proe the related information required for invoicing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant qualification
• 1 year of experiences in a land transport, logistics, freight forwardingpany in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural multinational environment
• Understanding of haulage loading/unloading process
• Good organization skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-tasks
