PT Lightmedia Inovasi Teknologi melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Retail Sales Associate di Kuta Utara yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Lightmedia Inovasi Teknologi. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Position: Retail Sales Associate (3-4 Positions)

Location: Umalas/Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia

We’re from Lime Commerce and we’re hiring on behalf of Bramble Furniture, an American manufacturer and wholesale supplier of custom furniture. They’re opening their offline store in Bali around early 2025 and we are seeking 3-4 dynamic individuals to join the team for the physical retail store in Umalas/Kerobokan. The work schedule will involve 40 hours per week or 5 days of 8-hour shifts. As a Retail Sales, you represent the retail brand and play an important role in the store’s overall success in creating a wonderful shopping experience for the customers.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.
• Showcase in-depth product knowledge to guide customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-presented.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Residing in Bali.
• Ready to start working at the end of February.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Proficient with computer applications such as email and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Recruitment Process:

• All pre-screen candidates will be contacted through WhatsApp chat by our team. In this step, the candidates will fill in the form with basic information questions (working status, domicile location, salary expectations, etc) and schedule a 75-minute take-home test.
• Successful candidates from the take-home test will be invited for an in-person interview.
• All candidates who pass the interview will be contacted to sign the contract and briefing on the onboarding process.
