FOOM Lab Global is Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product startup with mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer way of consuming nicotine. We are determined to provide the best quality e-cigarette product with unique and hyper-localized flavors. Our main differentiators against competitors are our competitive price point; our refillable pods; and our e-liquid that is produced in-house and locally.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Foom Stores. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in retail management, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with retail management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy Foom Stores strategic plan & area focused for Foom Stores
• Planning, targeting, approaching and negotiating potential Foom Stores locations and finalizing better deals and agreements with the location owners/management
• Monitor all store operations and allocating responsibilities for personnel in the area
• Manage Foom Stores sales growth and minimum stock levels
• Dealing with complaints from customers to maintain Foom Stores reputation
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolving any issues that might arise
• Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays
• Keeping abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
• Deploy sales analysis and revenue reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience Retail Ops in a retail chain of at least 2 years
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
• Excellent knowledge of retail management software/POS
• Willing to full onsite setting (Full WFO)
