About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Al Jazeerah Signature' in Bandung West Java. As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and adherence to budgetary and operational goals. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in the ongoing success of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards
• Manage and mentor the restaurant team, providing training and development opportunities
• Oversee the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximisation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar restaurant operations management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
• Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry, including food and beverage trends and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
