PT RGE Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Residential Private Cook di Jakarta Pusat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT RGE Indonesia. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Residential Private Cook di Jakarta Pusat Perusahaan PT RGE Indonesia:

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen area from budget, inventory, cooking appliances, tableware (cutlery, glassware, serving dishes, serving utensils, and other items used for practical as well as decorative purposes), cooking preparation, serving foods, wine cellar, and maintenance/ cleaning.
• Create Menu according to the Resident’s preference and dietary from meals and snacks.
• Maintain food quality from taste, proportion, ingredients, and presentation into a standard that fits a 5-stars hotels.
• Manage Menu and Cooking itinerary for the Resident’s events from private parties, holiday/vacations, luncheons, corporate celebrations, hosting dinners, and other related events that follows the Resident’s agenda of the year.
• Due diligence on Menu and recreate the unique taste to fit the Resident’s taste and preference.
• Hands-on in cooking, baking, and fruit cutting.
• Manage Kitchen staffs to meet the standard to fit 5-stars hotel and prepare the Residential staffs meals.

Qualifications

• Min. experience of 5 years in a fine dining restaurant or hotel kitchen or overseas cruise kitchen.
• Experience in Asian cuisines (especially Chinese, Indonesian, Singaporean) and baking/ pastries.
• Able to travel anywhere in the globe.
• English communication is a must, having Mandarin as a second language is a plus.
• Meticulous in managing inventory and tableware with good reporting skills using Microsoft Office.
• Savvy in calculation and negotiation for budgeting and vendors management (suppliers).
• Stay-in is required from time to time with accommodation is provided.
