Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Experience min. 2 years as a recruiter in the company and able to carry out administration and interpretation of psychological test tools.
Have good communication skills.
Proven track record in successfully recruiting for key roles within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work with tight SLAs.
Great communication in English.
Having experience with Psychological Test Tools.
Available to join immediately.
Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates with the right skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with the HR Departement and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
Manage all resignation process (Exit Interview, Clearance Letter) etc.
Support various operational activities within recruitment and HR, including both technical and administrative tasks.
