Smoore Technology Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Receptionist di Sidoarjo yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Smoore Technology Indonesia. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Receptionist di Sidoarjo Perusahaan Smoore Technology Indonesia:

Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Reception Management

  • Visitor Control: Manage the entry and exit registration process for all visitors and guests.
  • Guest Hospitality: Provide meeting support and professional reception services for clients and external guests.
  • Inquiries & Incidents: Serve as the primary point of contact for the service help desk, handling general inquiries and front desk emergencies.
  • Lost & Found: Oversee the front desk lost-and-found system for ID cards, lanyards, and personal belongings.

2. Mailroom & Logistics Administration

  • Courier Services: Manage incoming and outgoing express deliveries, mail, and corporate documents.
  • Expatriate Support: Assist expatriates with local SIM card registration and handle other urgent personal/professional requests.
  • Corporate Travel: Coordinate and manage hotel reservations for employees and visiting guests.
  • Grab Platform Management: Oversee the company’s Grab Corporate account and monitor daily usage.

3. Facility & Office Management

  • Office Upkeep: Liaise with the cleaning team to maintain cleanliness and order across all office areas.
  • Pantry Management: Inventory and restock pantry consumables regularly (including coffee, sugar, tea, and water supplies).
  • Company Fleet Coordination: Manage and optimize driver schedules for both daily operations and special assignments.

4. General Administrative Support

  • Expense Reimbursement: Process administrative expenses, such as dormitory water and Wi-Fi fee reimbursements.
  • Team Activities: Provide operational and logistics support for internal team events and company activities.
  • Assist with other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1.College degree or above in any discipline.

2.Proven experience or familiarity with corporate administrative and front desk operations.

3.Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in conversational Mandarin is highly advantageous.
