Role: Receptionist
This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in the Cikupa, Tangerang Area. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, fielding phone calls with proper etiquette, welcoming visitors, maintaining office records, and handling general clerical tasks. The Receptionist will also provide professional customer service by addressing inquiries, and offering administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in managing receptionist duties
- Clerical skills, including accurate filing and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office equipment and common software applications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is advantageous
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Office Administrative assistant (experience preferred)
