Who We Are Looking For:

Person who will be the face of thepany brand with an excellentmunication skill with a warm and fun personality.

The main role is to create a weing feeling when entering the space. Experienced in office reception - as an administrative assistant This role is critical for first impressions.

Be the first contact that people see when they enter the space or pass through for events. Interacting with many different people from many different walks of life, and being able to present Outpost positively, while fielding questions and forwarding inquiries to appropriate parties.

Carrying out random acts of kindness.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist host regarding back end systems that thepany is using (eg.Nexudus, Mews / Ezee, etc).
  • Record member activities for tracking hours in respective software.
  • ying and stocking up to ensure our space continually reflects who we are and what we value.
  • Conduct administrative assistant tasks as necessary.
  • Administrative assistant/task.
  • Support event andmunity activities in the space and work closer with the Experience & Community team.
  • Report and do internal audit for daily revenue at coworking everyday.
  • Keeping space y throughout the day including monitoring & organizing shoe racks arrangement
  • Working together with housekeeping to ensure space is clean, drinking water supplies are sufficient etc.
  • Keep notes and record messages from members to obtain feedback for improvement and report it back to the management.
  • Leads Hosts on learning activities & ensures Daily Tasks and SOPs are followed
  • Responsible and supervise for host scheduling and reported to the Operation Manager.
  • Lead the sales for the members in coworking.
  • Handle feedback andments from the members to repost to Operation Manager and GM.
  • Responsible and supervise on inventory and sales on the Grab&Go

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability.
  • Passion to learn and grow.
  • Experience in hospitality is a benefit.

Job Requirements:

  • Can be from any background (hospitality and English certification is a plus).
  • 2+ years experience in related fields (experiences as hotel receptionist is a benefit).
  • Hospitality and or fast growing startup experience preferred.
  • Great organizational and people skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Strong employee-relations skills with attention to diverse international and local culture knowledge; must be approachable and able to earn trust and credibility with employees in the organization.
  • Solution-oriented, highly resourceful, with exceptional follow-through.
  • Able to deal and manage effectively conflictual situations.
  • Flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities.
  • Possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of employees in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English is a Must.
  • Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
  • Applicants for this position should be Indonesian nationality and able to relocate/live in Bali.
