Position Summary:

Selo Group is seeking a high-performing Real Estate Advisor to lead and execute all aspects of our real estate business operations at Selong Selo Resort & Villa in Lombok, Indonesia. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and entrepreneurial individual to build and drive a luxury real estate business in one of Southeast Asia's premier resort destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate business strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

• Position Selong Selo as the leading luxury real estate destination in Lombok.

• Identify market opportunities and propose innovative initiatives for expansion.

Sales & Business Development

• Drive property sales through a mix of direct outreach, relationship management, and marketing campaigns.

• Cultivate and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and partners (local and international).

• Conduct presentations, property tours, and negotiations to close high-value deals.

Marketing & Brand Positioning

• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute integrated campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).

• Create compelling property messaging and content for various platforms.

• Analyze market data and buyer behavior to optimize campaign strategies.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and institutional partners.

• Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the sales cycle.

• Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.

Operational Excellence

• Set up and manage internal systems, tools, and reporting structures to support sales operations.

• Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads and performance metrics.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with resort operations, legal, and finance departments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience

• 7-10+ years of proven success in luxury/resort real estate sales and development.

• Background in international real estate or hospitality is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions and manage complex deals.

• Experience in leading or contributing to strategic marketing campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
