About Us

PT Mamame Whole Foods is a growing food manufacturing company producing innovative and nutritious snack products. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety throughout our production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and food safety requirements (HACCP, BRCGS, etc.).
• Conduct on-site checks to monitor hygiene, sanitation, and compliance on production lines.
• Record, maintain, and update QC documentation and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and QA teams to address non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure measuring tools and QC instruments are calibrated and functioning properly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
• Experience in QC/QA within food manufacturing is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, BRCGS).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
