PT HYUNDAI ENGINEERING SSA melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi QC Engineer di Pasuruan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT HYUNDAI ENGINEERING SSA. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi QC Engineer di Pasuruan Perusahaan PT HYUNDAI ENGINEERING SSA:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of three years of previous experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
4. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality standards relevant to construction projects.
5. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Proficiency in using computer software for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
8. Relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
9. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
10. Willing to work in the Pasuruan site.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, materials, and finished structures to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
2. Document inspection findings, including deviations from specifications and non-compliance issues, and communicate them effectively to project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
3. Monitor construction activities to identify potential quality problems and work proactively with project teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
4. Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy and identify potential quality concerns before construction begins.
5. Perform tests and measurements on construction materials, such as concrete, steel, and asphalt, to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
6. Coordinate with third-party testing agencies to conduct specialized tests and inspections as required by project specifications.
7. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment to the construction site.
8. Provide guidance and training to construction personnel on quality control procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
9. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
10. Participate in project meetings, quality audits, and reviews to address quality-related issues, discuss improvement opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
