About the role

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing/Sales Admin to join our dynamic team at PT Xpert Teknologi Inovasi, based in South Jakarta. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our Purchasing, Procurement and Inventory functions within the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing purchase orders, invoices and other procurement-related documentation

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking stock levels

  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and processing customer orders, and prepare tender administration

  • Assisting with the implementation of procurement policies and procedures

  • Generating reports and analysing data to identify opportunities for process improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement or administrative role within the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics industry

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficient in using office software, including Excel, Word and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
