Requirements:
-Max 35 years old.
-Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in Management, Accounting, or Supply Chain).
-At least 3 years of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement staff in the F&B or lifestyle/entertainment industry.
-Strong understanding of purchasing needs for operational items including food & beverage ingredients, bar supplies, technical/engineering goods, and consumables.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and price analysis skills.
-Able to manage vendors, compare quotations, and conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
-Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and disciplined in managing and archiving procurement documents.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems or digital procurement tools.
-Understands the procurement document workflow: Purchase Request (PR), Quotation, Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Invoice, and their connection with the payment cycle.
-Basic knowledge of tax regulations related to purchasing (e.g. VAT, tax invoices) is a plus.
-Willing to work or currently residing in the PIK 2 area.
Responsibilities:
-Manage procurement needs for all departments (bar, kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, etc.) based on internal requests (PR).
-Source, compare, and select the best suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
-Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
-Prepare procurement documents such as quotation comparisons, PO, and monitor delivery fulfillment.
-Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods in collaboration with the Receiving & Storekeeper team.
-Regularly update prices and conduct cost-efficiency analyses.
-Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate their performance on a regular basis.
-Ensure all procurement documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready.
-Coordinate with the Finance and Cost Control teams regarding vendor payments and budget efficiency.
-Generate daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports accurately and on time.
-Control purchasing to align with operational needs and approved budget.
-Ensure all procurement activities comply with company SOPs and support smooth day-to-day operations.
