General Description

Become a communication bridge between the company and outside parties (community, media, and other parties)

Monitoring the activities of business competitors

Building the companys brand identity and public awareness of the company

Manage the companys reputation by creating various programs. Such as crisis management to conducting research related to the publics view of the company.

Create, organize, and manage company events related to product launches or other events

Update and monitor content or activities on platforms used by the company. Whether social media, website, or email

Develop communication strategies to improve company quality

Evaluate and plan the companys public relations strategy

Conduct research or provide ideas related to the companys progress and development strategy

Presenting and maintaining the companys image in the eyes of the public

Share information related to the company to external parties

Develop programs for advertising and promotion of company products

Establish, supervise, and review sales promotion activities

Miscellaneous marketing, sales, advertising tasks as required by the company

Work Requirements

• At least four years experience as a Public Relation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google suite; must have a laptop & know the computer
• Proficiency in English (other languages a plus) with strong interpersonal & professional skills
• Have good verbal communication to convey information and also convince external and internal parties.
• Able to lead public opinion so that it can create a good and positive perception
• Able to attract new sponsors or investors to determine the direction of the company
• Have knowledge of public management
• Ability to use the latest technology
• Have interpersonal skills
• Have a supporting educational background (such as from Communication, Business Management, International Relations, etc.)
• Active in organization/doing things related to negotiation with other people/public
• Proven portfolio in public speaking
• Mastering more than one language is even better
• Writing and Material Designing Skills
• Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Critical and Creative Thinking Skills
• Teamwork Skills
• Having valid driving license

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak, Penuh WaktuPanjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Dari Rp3.200.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

• Denpasar: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diutamakan)

Pendidikan:

• D1-D4 (Diutamakan)

Pengalaman:

• Public Relation: 2 tahun (Diutamakan)
