Key Responsibility

• Plan and control the flow of work for all construction projects to ensure that projects are being carried out according to the established plan.
• Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget, and to an excellent standard.
• Developing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and setting up quality targets.
• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals
• Working with key stakeholders to manage, develop and monitor; schedules, budgets, risk and KPI.
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Generate reports, conduct meetings and review/track the progress.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
• Ensuring that project documentation and administration are up to date, accurate and maintained well.
• Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
• Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering
• Min 10 years of proven experience in Building projects, Project Management, especially in real estate business or resorts properties.
• Mastering leadership, business management skills, and HSE implementation
• Having the Ahli K3 Umum Certificate is a must.
• Preferably having PMP Certificate is an advantage.
• Proficient in using standard and specific engineering computer operating systems, such as: AutoCAD, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Project.
• Proficient in English both oral and written is a must.
• Proficient in professional email writing skill is a must.
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.

• S2 (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Project Manager: 10 years (Required)

Language:

• High English Fluency (Required)

License/Certification:
