Job Description:
- Responsible to set up, execution ad monitoring the project and give recommendation related business situation to CSA section head
- Ensure that a contract for product and service is delivered to satisfaction of customer and refer to target requirement by company
- Clarify the project scope, secure the necessary resources and plan and monitor all necessary activities related to project
- Ensure the adequate cost and resources allocation for compliance and ensure local safety requirement include in project scope as well
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or a related preferred, Master degree would be advantageous
- Minimal 3 years of progressively more responsible position in Project Manager or Operation Manager, preferably have experience in dealers and automotive
- Experience in supervising and managing professional staff
- Operational aspects of CSA such as: project set up, project controller, project support, project performance & evaluation
- Ability in Project Management planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Ability to handling complaint and give solution to project
- Networking skills with relevant parties such as industry/segment players
- Presentation skill
- Negotiation skill
- Supervisory and leadership skill required to manage, motivate and development project team member
- Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making to effectively uncover and resolve complex project
- Interpersonal and customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees
- Establish project plan, drive project execution and stake holder engagement
- Knowledge of all type of CST and CSA products
- Knowledge of all type of machine/unit products
- Knowledge on project financial analysis
- Knowledge of end-to-end administration of service process (include SAP SD, MM)
- Knowledge of project management
- Have a certification in Project Management Professional, Finance for Non-Finance, and Leadership would be preferable
