We are opening a Program Officer Intern position to join the team and lead one of our programs. Nurture to Scale is an accelerator program organized by Endeavor Indonesia, targeting early-stage startups in Indonesia. Organized in a boot camp setting, Nurture to Scale is helping startup entrepreneurs scale up theirpanies through workshops with experts, intimate discussions with entrepreneurs, and connections with investors.

Position: Program Officer

Period: 6 - 8 Months (contract)

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Excellence and Growth: (60%) Ignite innovativeeas for workshops that empower entrepreneurs to elevate their businesses. Cultivateprehensive event documents to keep stakeholders engaged and informed. Craft seamless logistical plans for in-person events, fostering extraordinary experiences. Harmonize dynamic teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders for an impeccable event journey. Craftpelling presentations that captivate audiences during program events. Contribute to the creation of insightful post-program reports, enriching the learning cycle. Empowerment Through Participant Engagement: (25%) Cultivate meaningful interactions with Entrepreneurs pre-, during, and post-events. Seamlessly organize event agendas, participant profiles, speaker coordination, and materials. Steer participants through event agendas, enhancing their experience. Foster introductions between participants and influential stakeholders in the Endeavorwork. Support the progress of participants, tracking their aplishments post-program. Facilitate interviews and data collection from participants, enriching program insights. Strategic Marketing and Outreach: (15%) Collaborate synergistically with the Marketing team, craftingpelling promotional content. Establish collaborations with Community partners, expanding program reach and impact. Partner with the media team to capture and chronicle the essence of program events. Orchestrating captivating email campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Role Requirements

• Roles are open for a canate with a minimum of 6 months of professional experience in managing an accelerator program.
• Preferably if you are a Management or Business student with experience in marketing.
• Has experience in leading events, programs, and organizations.
• Shows ability in project management andmunication (written and verbal) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Shows ability to work with clients in navigating projects, reporting, and coordinating on strategies and technicalities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relationships with a e range of people & multiple stakeholders.
• Self-starter and a quick learner.
• Adaptable and demonstrates resilience in fast-paced working environments.
