Responsibilities

1. Participate in the confirmation and execution of PMC weekly/monthly plans；
2. Supervise production teams to carry out production in accordance with process requirements and work instructions, keep track of quality status and production progress, handle unexpected situations, ensure quality, and deliver on time;
3. Responsible for managing the production site, creating a safe production atmosphere, creating a good 5S environment, labor discipline, and strictly regulating employees’ work behavior;
4. Establish and improve a training plan for local production leaders, responsible for building local production teams；
5. Explore the problem points on the production site, continuously analyze, take action, and improve to improve product yield, production efficiency, and reduce manufacturing costs；
6. Responsible for assessing and cultivating the production team to enhance their combat effectiveness；
7. Monitor employee turnover, guide investigation of reasons for turnover, and take measures to reduce turnover rate；
8. Update production line data, summarize work regularly, and review the implementation of the department’s main task detail items

Qualifications

1. College Degree or above, Excellent English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing；
2. More than 3 years of experience in production team management, proficient in safety production knowledge, production process management, and quality management;
3. Have 3 years of experiences in Manufacture Industry
4. Excellent learning ability, interpersonal skills, leadership and organizational skills;
5. Good at using excelwordppt and have knowledge of MES system data architecture.
6. Have experience in Assembly Process is preferred
7. Have experience from a cigarette/Tobacco factory is preferred
