About FanGir

FanGir is Kultura’s licensed collectibles brand — we turn the teams, leagues, artists, and IPs that fans love into official trading cards, collectibles, and merchandise. As we grow our licensed portfolio, we need someone who can turn approved designs into finished product, on spec, on budget, and on time.

We’re looking for a Production Manager to own that end to end.

The Role

You’ll own the full production pipeline for FanGir — from artwork handoff to finished goods in hand. That means managing every vendor along the way: card printing and finishing, packaging, and merchandise. You’ll be the person who keeps quality high, costs tight, and timelines honest across a network of suppliers.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end vendor management: sourcing, quoting, negotiating, onboarding, and managing vendors across card production, packaging, and merchandise.
• Manage trading card production — printing, finishing, cutting, and quality control to collectible standards.
• Manage packaging production for cards and merchandise — from boxes and sleeves to display and retail-ready packaging.
• Manage merchandise production across categories (apparel, accessories, and other licensed goods).
• Build and hold production timelines that align with launch dates, and flag risks early.
• Run quality control at every stage — samples, pre-production proofs, and final inspection — and hold vendors to spec.
• Own the production budget: track costs, unit economics, and margins, and find savings without cutting quality.
• Manage sourcing of materials and coordinate logistics from vendor to warehouse/store.
• Work closely with design and brand to make sure every product meets FanGir and licensor standards.

What We’re Looking for

• 3–6 years in production, manufacturing, sourcing, or vendor/supply management.
• Hands-on vendor management experience — you know how to negotiate, hold suppliers accountable, and solve problems mid-run.
• Strong on quality control, specs, and production timelines.
• Commercial and numerate: comfortable with costing, quotes, and budgets.
• Organized and calm under deadline pressure across multiple simultaneous productions.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• A plus: experience with merchandise production, printing, and/or invitation production.
• Bonus: interest in trading cards, collectibles, or fan culture.
