Position: Product Development Staff

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in product development, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply)
• Strong understanding of decorative cosmetic products (color cosmetics, trends, textures, shades, and formulations)
• Familiar with product development processes, from concept creation to product launch
• Detail-oriented with good analytical, coordination, and documentation skills
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, and Supply Chain)
• Good communication skills and a proactive, fast-learning mindset
• Passionate about beauty trends, innovation, and consumer insights

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Support the end-to-end development of decorative cosmetic products, from concept ideation, benchmarking, formulation trials, and testing through to mass production.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to support new product concepts and the continuous improvement of existing products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, QA, and Marketing teams to ensure product quality, readiness, and timely market launch.
• Product Documentation & Sample Management: Manage and track product samples, testing results, revisions, and development documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product Performance & Innovation: Monitor product performance and consumer feedback to support product optimization and innovation initiatives.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Product Launch Support: Assist in product launch preparation, including product knowledge materials and internal cross-functional coordination.
