Description :

Qualification:

• Maximum age 30 years
• A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is often preferred. However, practical experience and a strong portfolio can be equally important.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Ability to understand and work with the technical aspects of printing, including file preparation, color management, and material considerations. A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed designs.
• Familiarity with the glass printing industry, including an understanding of printing processes and techniques specific to glass substrates.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, production teams, and other stakeholders. English fluent is a must.
• The ability to adapt to new design trends, printing technologies, and client preferences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the design or production process.
• Skills in project management to handle multiple design projects efficiently.
• Placement in Surabaya, East Java (Head Office)

Responsibility:

• Create visually appealing designs for glass products, considering factors like color, layout, and design principles.
• Be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, CorelDraw, AutoCAD) or other relevant design tools.
• Work closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, specifications, and project goals.

• Have knowledge of different types of printing materials, inks, and finishes suitable for glass printing.
