This role will lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and secure software systems for IP and voice data processing, while mentoring the engineering team and ensuring technical excellence.

What You Do.

• Lead design and development of an IP and voice data processing systems
• Solve complex technical issues and optimize system performance
• Mentor engineers and involve in architecture decisions & emerging tech and apply best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable product delivery

What You Bring.

• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong in C/C++, Java (Apring, Apache, etc)
• Familiar with multi-threading and network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, HTTP)
• Solid understanding of Linux, performance tuning, and system-level debugging
• Familiar with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle), Git, Jenkins
• Fluent in English; excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to Have.

• Telecom knowledge (GPRS, UMTS, ETSI), AI/ML experience, or languages like Python, Go, Rust.
• Experience with distributed systems, real-time data, or Agile/Scrum.
