Job Specification Required :

1. Business Opportunities Exploration

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the car financing industry
• Evaluate market potential and customers, and analyze competition in the market

2. Customer Relation Building

• Manage and build good relationships with car dealers, agents, and potential customers
• Establish patnerships with car dealers to provide attractive financing offers to customers

3. Marketing and Promotion

• Develop marketing strategies to promote the company’s car financing products
• Manage promotional campaigns, including social media promotions, automotive exhibitions, and other promotional events

4. Sales Target Achievement

• Set Sales targets and work diligently to achieve them
• Identify and evaluate potential customers, and manage the sales process from initiantion to closure

5. Monitoring and Reporting

• Track sales target achievements and report progress to management
• Collect sales data, generate sales reports, and provide regular performance analysis

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field

Experience : Work experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in the finance or automotive industry for 1 year. Fresh graduate with outstanding record

Skills :

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills and ability to build good relationships with customers and business partners
• Solid understanding of the finance industry and car market
• Analytical skill to evaluate business oppurtunities and identify market trends
• Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
