The Role:

  • Act as a key facilitator for stay permit processes, including visas and KITAS.
  • Handle legal aspects like notaries, tax obligations for vehicles, property rental or purchase agreements, and more.
  • Liaise with international schools, managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist in various daily tasks and errands, adapting to new challenges as they arise.
  • Be the reliable point of contact between the employer and various local and international parties.

What We Need From You:

Professional Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a high-level executive or entrepreneurial setting. Experience in supporting roles within international or global contexts is highly desirable.

Problem-Solving and Creativity: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems with innovative solutions. A track record of critical thinking and creativity in professional scenarios.

International Exposure: Experience in international settings, especially in events or creative industries, is a plus.

Diverse Background: A varied career path or life experiences that showcase your adaptability, resourcefulness, and drive.

Expat Affairs Expertise: Experience in managing expat-related affairs, including but not limited to visa processes, legal matters, and liaising with educational institutions.
