PT Transmedic Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Payroll & Budgeting Specialist di Jakarta Pusat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Transmedic Indonesia. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Payroll & Budgeting Specialist di Jakarta Pusat Perusahaan PT Transmedic Indonesia:

Responsibilities :

1. As HR responsible for verifying and computing monthly over time, deduction, and other remuneration
2. Calculating and processing monthly payroll and income tax PPH 21 accurately and in timely manner
3. Responsible for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan reporting and payment
4. Maintain HR filing and employee database
5. Analyzing manpower cost
6. Coordinate with Business Unit Head on budgeting and forecasting of manpower
7. Preparing payroll, tax and other HR regular and yearly reporting
8. Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement :

1. Bachelor of Accounting / Finance
2. Strong knowledge of tax regulation PPH 21 and Manpower Law is a must
3. Proficient in excel and its formula
4. Detail oriented and analytical
5. Possessed good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Professional experience at least 5 years
7. Experience working within fast-paced, matrixed, dynamic, business environment
8. Placement : Senen, Central Jakarta
