As a Paralegal of the APAC Region, you will mainly assist the regional legal counsel APAC, but also cooperate with the worldwide team to provide high-quality paralegal advice and services in an efficient, value-added, and approachable manner in alignment with business/client priorities.

You will report to the Regional Legal Counsel APAC and be part of the APAC Legal team and of a passionate and supportive global legal team of highly competent international legal counsel.

Some few other key responsibilities:

• Assist the members of the legal team in the Asia Pacific (2) but also liaise with the members (20) of the global legal team;
• Carry out legal research and provide support in preparing legal update to the business;
• Prepare contract reviews in a manner consistent with the internal processes;
• Advise the legal team on potential developments in the regions laws and regulations that would impact the Royal HaskoningDHVs interests;

Requirements :

• At least 3 years experience as paralegal/legal staff
• Bachelors degree in Law;
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
