• Translate insights and trends into innovative packaging that elevates product experience
• Collaborate across R&D, suppliers, and creatives to turn ideas into iconic packaging solutions
• Manage development timelines, cost targets, and technical trials to bring the concepts to life
• Ensure packaging delivers beauty, functionality, sustainability — and brand love
• Explore and pilot new materials, formats, and supplier innovations that give us the edge

Who we’re looking for:

• min Bachelor’s (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent fields
• A curious thinker, a hands-on maker, and a beauty enthusiast
• Great at connecting the dots between science, design, and consumer experience
• Excellent in communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
