Description :

Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational activities related to villa rentals, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.

Develop and manage operational budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining service quality.

Coordinate hospitality services to meet and exceed guest expectations, including concierge services, transportation arrangements, and special requests.

Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to uphold quality and safety protocols.

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and finance to achieve company goals and objectives.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, performance metrics, and guest feedback.

Qualifications:

Able to ride a bike.

Proven experience in operational management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.

Experience with software Little Hotelier and Bookingsync.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, if you can speak French is a plus.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality and efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.

Responsible and trustworthy, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and company values.

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
