The Job

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Responsible for the management and daily training of the operational team, ensuring efficient operations and achievement of set goals.
  • Data Analysis: Responsible for collecting and analyzing operational data, reporting business performance periodically, and proposing improvement plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocating company resources (human, materials, and financial) rationally to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cost Control: Monitoring and managing operational costs, proposing measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency, as well as enhancing the company's profitability.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating with other departments (such as Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources) to ensure smooth operations.

The Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Work Experience: A minimum of one year of operational management experience in a relevant industry, with experience in team management and project execution.
  • Familiarity with operational processes and management methods, as well as strategic vision.Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel and related office software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to actively participate in cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Other Requirements: Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a high-pressure environment.
