MODENA INDONESIA melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Operation & Development Analyst di Jakarta Selatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor MODENA INDONESIA. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Operation & Development Analyst di Jakarta Selatan Perusahaan MODENA INDONESIA:

Supporting Operations and Corporate Affairs department in conducting analysis and reporting process from Several departments in the Operations & Corporate Affairs division.

• Gathering information by observing business processes, workflows, reading the BI reports, conducting interviews, grab market data to identify the operational (production, WH, regulatory, product compliance) requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Finding out the root cause for any issues occurred at operational sides.
• Develop and recommend the solutions or initiatives to solve the problem and prioritize those initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Close coordination with BPM and other stakeholders to develop new processes, procedures, and systems to enhance operations.
• Examine effectively the data to figure out what is important to the problem and which methods are best to analyze it.
• Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business issues.
• Reporting based on the results of analysis.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from reputable company; majoring Civil Engineer; Economy, Business Management
• Background Industry: Manufacture, FMCG, Logistic, Electronic Industry
• Year of experience 3 – 5 Year’s
• Functional Competencies:
