PT Sunrise Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi ONLINE STORES ADMIN di Bekasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT Sunrise Indonesia. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the official online stores in e-commerce platforms Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli, Shopee and official website.
- Responsible for the official online store handling, such as upload product photos, stock & price updates, and other information related to store configuration, page design, product display and content updates and other promotional activities.
- Manage all the features on the marketplace dashboard.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase monthly sales.
- Implement the best marketing system, standards and methods for all products that will be uploaded to the marketspace.
- Analyze data and create marketplace sales reports.
- Develop and execute e-commerce promotional plans, including formulating promotional strategies, participating in event collaborations, and managing advertising to increase brand exposure and sales.
- According to the sales plan and strategy formulated by WH Manager, submit weekly/monthly promotions on time: (i) Weekly / Monthly Sales, (ii) Mega Sale Campaign [1.1 – 12.12], (iii) Monthly 25th Payday Sale, (iv) Brand Anniversary Sale / Brand-Day Sale
- Ensure delivery of each order without delay and problems.
- Tracks the order processing process to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, and coordinates and communicates with logistics providers.
- Responsible for warehousing and distribution and able to monitor and manage of daily operation activities.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling and evaluating all goods receipt & movement activities.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Check and report stock of goods in the warehouse, including checking incoming stock of goods, unloading activities, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Update goods that have entered the expiry period. The admin must be able to arrange the goods distributed first, namely goods that have a quicker expiration date. This aims to avoid losses due to goods that are leftover or cannot be distributed.
- Prepare periodic reports on warehousing activities, such as goods stock reports, goods distribution reports, goods ordering reports, or goods damage reports.
- Drive productivity and continuously improve the processes and procedures in warehouse operations; ensure the safe, clean, and organized working environment within warehouse operations.
- Ensuring work coordination between the warehouse and related departments runs smoothly according to applicable procedures and rules.
QUALIFICATION.
- Min. 2 years experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (such as: Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia, TikTok Shop.).
- Possess good skill in advance Excel & Short cuts, detail and well verse with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and can handle, manage and operate online stores independently.
- Have good product management and data analysis skills, able to understand sales data and trends, and make appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of orders.
- Have innovative thinking and problem solving skills and be able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Able to speak English in a working environment.
