What are your Key responsibilities The Office Support and Services has the responsibility for all work activities carried out in relation to Head Office, Branches, Warehouse and Depot which are related to:
  • Administratively supervise the movement of Office Supplies, such as stationaries, pantry supplies, etc. throughout the area.
  • Support event needs in all areas
  • Creating monthly reports related to the use of Office Supplies in all areas.
  • Supervise the movement of Cars Operational throughout the area. And implement the regulations when created.
  • Support event needs in all areas
  • Employees support needs related their Business Trip
  • Proe support for Taxi Vouchers and monitor their use by employees.
  • Make monthly reports related to the use of Car Operational in all areas.
  • Supervise overtime applications from all support teams (Cleaner, Security & Driver) for all area
  • Familiar with budget preparation, use and monitoring.
  • Accustomed to carrying out routine monitoring regarding work of team support standards.
  • Ready to go on a Business Trip when needed.
Who we are looking for ?
  • At least minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Office Support & Services Management, General Affairs / Facility Management
  • Familiar with renewable technology
  • Goodmunications skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Detail oriented
