Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices .
• Install, configure, and maintain Wireless Access Point systems , CCTV (IP & Analog) , Access Control systems (card and biometric-based), and PABX/telephony systems .
• Perform network monitoring , performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
• Handle network and security incidents, including root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Configure and maintain firewall policies , VPN (IPSec & SSL) , and network segmentation .
• Manage and monitor EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) platforms and PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions.
• Support network deployment projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation , deployment reports, and network topology diagrams.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams during deployment and operational activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI Model, VLAN, subnetting).
• Experience with routing and switching, including Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP (basic to intermediate).
• Hands-on experience with firewall platforms such as FortiGate and Palo Alto .
• Hands-on experience with wireless controllers , particularly Ruckus (Unleashed / Virtual SmartZone) .
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools .
• Basic networking knowledge in Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience or exposure to SD-WAN .
• Knowledge of Email Security Gateway solutions.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network and security-related issues .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
