We are now looking for National Account Manager who will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and optimizing product distribution through the implementation of Effective Account Management strategies.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Sales Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed secondary sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, demonstrating a profitability mindset.
  • Implement Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategy to maximize overall revenue.

Account Management and Strategy:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including buyers, merchandising managers, and category managers, fostering effective communication.
  • Develop and execute account management and product distribution strategies to ensure the right approach and optimal product allocation within each channel.

Promotional Activities:

  • Manage and control the promotional activities budget to ensure the successful implementation of promotion plans.
  • Evaluate and negotiate annual trading terms with Key Account Managers, maximizing mutual benefit.

Operational Account Management:

  • Works closely with the field team to have an operational approach to account management as well preparing sales projections based on actual sales, trends, and economic factors.
  • Optimize product availability while minimizing inventory investment for each account.

Market Research and Customer Engagement:

  • Schedule and plan customer visits for market research purposes, gaining valuable insights into customer perspectives on the companys brands.
  • Conduct business review meetings with accounts to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
