The Medical Trainer - Aesthetic Medicine will be responsible for providing clinical training, education, and hands-on support to nurses and aesthetic doctors in aesthetic clinics across Indonesia. This role ensures safe and effective use of the company's medical aesthetic devices and injectable products, while also upholding clinical standards and best practices. The Medical Doctor will serve as a medical expert, supporting the company's commitment to patient safety, practitioner skill development, and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Training & Education

• Deliver professional training and workshops to nurses and aesthetic doctors on the correct use of the company's devices and injectable products.
• Conduct live demonstrations, hands-on practice sessions, and clinical education programs in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure training is conducted safely, ethically, and in accordance with medical guidelines.

Medical Expertise & Support

• Act as a medical expert on product usage, indications, contraindications, and treatment protocols.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to practitioners to ensure best practices in patient care.
• Address clinical queries from clients and collaborate with the sales/marketing team to support customer engagement.

Training Development

• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and clinical protocols to ensure consistency and high quality of education.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in the medical aesthetic field.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure all training and educational activities comply with Indonesian medical regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports for internal tracking and compliance purposes.

Key Requirements

• Licensed Medical Doctor (General Practitioner or Specialist) in Indonesia.
• Valid medical practice license (STR - Surat Tanda Registrasi).
• Prior experience in the medical aesthetics industry (injectables, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to train and engage healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia to conduct training and workshops.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is an advantage).
• Based in Indonesia, with frequent travel to aesthetic clinics nationwide.
• Training may include evening or weekend sessions depending on clinic schedules and events.
