Our Client is a chain hospital, with focus to be the market leader within private hospital sector. Their units are located in strategic areas in several cities. Medical service excellence is their best offering to the patients, and theyre ambitious in upgrading standard of their medical service. Hence, they are looking for a Medical Service Manager for one of their hospital units

• Oversee operations for patient care by Medical Services Department according to the rules and regulations set government and local laws,
• Responsible for the smooth and successful day-to-day clinic operations by Medical Services Department, and thus works closely with Director of Hospital and Director of Nursing in this regard.
• Develop, review, and approve Medical Services Department policies and procedures as needed.
• Annually define and regularly monitor to improve productivity (provider productivity) of Medical Services Department and finalize with CEO, Director of Hospital Operations and Chief Financial Officer.
• Annually define and regularly track performance goals for related center of excellence. Finalize the goals with CEO, Director of Clinic Operations and Chief Financial Officer.
• Annual define and regularly monitor quality of care goals (see 4 Quality Improvement, Quality Control, and Risk Management below).
• Direct/participate in internal and external hospital audits and development and implementation of corrective action plan.
• Develop policies and procedures for Medical Services Department and ensure staff are trained and follow them.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Service of Hospital / Hospital Director position
• Strategic thinking and sharp acumen to identify impact of regulation to medical service, and to translate the regulation into executable action plans
• Sharp business acumen to identify potential services to be developed, and potential new center of excellence to be established
• Understanding of medical government within hospital setting
• String leadership traits and ability to direct an organization
• Good team player - with ability to lead cross-functional collaborations
• Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must
