Job Description :

• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to promote the company's vision, products, and initiatives in sustainable aquaculture.
• Craft engaging press releases, media kits, and newsletters, and manage the company's public relations activities.
• Organize and coordinate community outreach programs, including educational workshops, site visits, and participation in local events to foster community engagement and awareness.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to guide strategic communication and public relations efforts.
• Act as the company spokesperson, handling media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, community groups, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, creating content that reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability and community involvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of media and community relations campaigns and initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media relations, public relations, or community engagement, preferably in the aquaculture or environmental sustainability sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to create compelling and informative content.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the aquaculture industry and sustainability practices is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel and participate in community events outside regular working hours.
