MARKETING OFFICER

ACG Jakartas modern facilities provide a safe environment for learning and growth to the over 350 students studying IB and Cambridge courses at the school. Situated on beautiful grounds, the campus includes 30 classrooms, two science laboratories, library, music and art rooms, and incorporates a Musholla (Prayer Room) to support the diversity and values that underpin the school. ACG Jakarta is a thriving community of students, families and staff, with a mission and vision to focus on Sustainability, Entrepreneurship; with local and global action. ACG School Jakarta is unique in that it is permitted to enrol students who hold passports from Indonesia and other parts of the world. The schools central location serves families who are employed by embassies, multinational corporations and other businesses. We have a non-selective admission policy and serve the needs of the expatriate and local community in Jakarta. We have approximately 29 nationalities represented and the language of instruction is English. ROLE SUMMARY:

Our main goal through this position is to deliver effective marketing operations aimed at growing the school roll to meet targets. We are seeking a creative, driven, and energetic marketing officer to become a part of our growing marketing team. Candidate should have previous marketing experience in creating effective brand strategies and advertising campaigns, as well as an eye for detail and design, and event management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, and execute digital marketing activities in all social media
• Work with marketing team in order to crecreate a creative campaign for the school
• Developing marketing and implementing a product marketing plan in line with the schools business & strategic objectives
• Create compelling and relevant digital content, including website copy, social media updates, and email campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote events at the school, and maintain communication with different stakeholders
• Work together with a group of teachers or external vendors to plan and coordinate after-school activities.
• plan and organize regular open day events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist with a focus on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or Google.
• Expertise in designing and executing successful campaigns on each platform.
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics. Familiarity with ad tech tools specific to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
• Excellent communication skills to convey digital strategies and results effectively.
• Strong ethical and moral values
• Ability to meet deadlines
