Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and community management, preferably in the environmental, recycling, or sustainability sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage and grow our online community through engaging content, regular updates, and active participation in relevant discussions.
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that accurately convey our technology and mission.
• Analyze market trends and community feedback to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and product development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community engagement efforts.
