We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of our company’s security strategy and operations. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and protection of the company’s people, assets, and operations, enabling smooth business continuity and supporting the achievement of organizational goals in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Security Services team in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to minimize risks and respond to incidents effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable security laws, regulations, and standards.
• Develop and oversee strategies for risk assessment, crisis management, incident response, and business continuity.
• Serve as the main liaison with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and private sector partners to support national security and intelligence initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular security reports to senior management, based on coordination with departments such as investigations, intelligence, asset protection, and technology security.
• Monitor and evaluate security contractor performance, including conducting monthly KPI reviews, facilitating training and safety briefings, and ensuring compliance through internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in security or a related field.
• Possession of GADA Utama certification or other relevant licenses in the security sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and security incidents with professionalism and effective decision-making.
• Strong experience in risk assessment, incident management, and crisis response.
• Deep understanding of security trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and technically proficient, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
