About The Job – Indonesia

Jadestone Energy is an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region. In June 2020, Jadestone executed an agreement to acquire an operatorship license in the Lemang Production Sharing Contract (PSC), onshore Indonesia, and completed the acquisition in December 2020. The company operates 100% interest in the Lemang PSC, which includes the Akatara gas field development, where first production has been started since first half of 2024. Outside of Indonesia, the company has a 100% operated working interest in the Stag oilfield and in the Montara project, both offshore Australia. Both the Stag and Montara assets include oil producing fields, with further development and exploration potential. The Company also has a 16.67% non-operated interest in the Northwest Shelf Oil Project offshore Western Australia, comprising four oil fields containing significant upside potential through potential infill drilling and life extension activities. Further, the Company has a 100% operated working interest in two gas development blocks in Southwest Vietnam and 70% operated interest in the PM329 PSC, containing the East Piatu field, and a 60% operated interest in the PM323 PSC, which contains the East Belumut, West Belumut and Chermingat fields. In addition, Jadestone also acquired a 50% non-operated working interest in the PM318 and AAKBNLP PSCs, which were operated by PETRONAS Carigali. Most recently, the Company acquired a non-operated 9.52% interest in the Sinphuhorm producing gas field onshore Thailand. Maintenance Team Leader (1 Position) Job Summary

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The Maintenance Team Leader will supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out safely and with minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor the performance of all equipment and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the maintenance budget and ensure that all expenses are properly recorded and reported.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established safety and environmental regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of maintenance personnel.
• Ensure that all maintenance records are properly maintained and documented.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Machinery background is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a gas facilities and LPG Plant.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and techniques, including preventive maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call as required.
• Valid SIM A if driving operational Car.
