Job Responsibilities:

• You will liaise and coordinate with Planner and Production for Finished Goods delivery to end customers on time.
• You will assist in the primary functions of receiving, storage, picking, issuing and shipping of materials,
• PR creation for the monthly volume generated by Outsourcing Company that provide personalization process,
• You will work with Purchasing and Operation Supervisor to creating PO immediately after raising PR.
• You will work with CS (Customer Service) for supporting in ERP system for monthly invoicing process.
• You will be responsible for stock inventory in warehouse to cards; ensure accuracy and reconciliation in the system.
• To assist in tracking and process improvement related to Perso processes around pulls, card destruction etc.
• To track/monitor vault transactions and item inventories to ensure physical and system numbers reconcile.
• To be responsible in keeping all files related in an order, and to archive it according to local procedures.
• You will be required to undertake in any other special projects as specified, as and when.
• You shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.

Requirements:

• Independent/Autonomous in managing his/her team
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Possess initiative to handle improvement & upgrading activities
• Able to work well in fast paced/pressurizing environment
• English & computer literacy .
• Customer oriented and has a good sense of urgency
• Good analysis and resourceful (in identifying operator shortfall, and improving operation efficiency and productivity)
• Able to handle 1st level work grievances & disciplinary cases (when necessary)
• Receptive to changes of policy & procedures
• Adaptive to continual learning in a fast-changing environment & work towards achieving manufacturing excellence (system, process, job methods, operations)
• Accept assigned roles by Supervisor Operation from time to time
