Position Overview:

Logistics Manager overseeing end-to-end logistics, warehousing and transportation. Optimized processes, cut costs and ensured on-time delivery. Skilled in team management and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Third-Party Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate third-party warehousing and distribution operations to ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics.
• Monitor daily logistics activities to maintain smooth operations and minimize disruptions.

2) Exception Handling and Customer Satisfaction

• Assist in resolving logistics issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement improvement plans for recurring challenges.

3) Reporting and Inventory Management

• Support the preparation and consolidation of data reports for logistics activities.
• Assist with monthly inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

4) Invoice and Settlement Assistance

• Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate billing.
• Support settlement processes with third-party logistics partners.

Qualifications:

1) Language Skills: Proficiency in English as a working language.

2) Industry Experience

1. Prior experience in the home appliance logistics industry, with air conditioning logistics experience preferred.

3) Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with logistics systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System).

4) Skills

• Strong ability to handle pressure and manage complex tasks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactively solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

5) Personal Qualities

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
