Ligitation

• Analyzing and providing an analysis of legal issues that occur in the company from a legal perspective and summarizing in a written document in the format of a Legal Opinion or Legal Memo
• Managing and handling cases that have entered the realm of litigation such as the police and court
• Responsible for all documentation and administration related to litigation
• Make and provide reports to the HOD of all litigation processes that have been carried out, as well as those that have not been carried out, as well as those that have been completed regularly.
• Coordinate with related divisions or units related documents or information needed in handling cases.
• Coordinate and supervise the performance of appointed lawyers or advocates to resolve legal issues
• Identifying, and gathering information and evidence, as well as analyzing investigative cases, both litigation and non-litigation, including handling cases when necessary.
• Fostering relationships and coordination with external parties with the interests of the company, especially the police, prosecutors, judiciary, courts, and other law enforcement officials as well as other parties that have a relationship with the company’s litigation cases

Commercial Mall

• Responsible for checking commercial documents made by whole departments in the company
• Drafting and Reviewing Lease Agreements and other agreements related to operational malls (Non-PSM Agreements and Agreements)

? Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• At least 2 – 3 years of working experience as a Legal Supervisor
• Have experience in general corporate and regulatory analysis
• Business license, and another technical license/ permit
• Having an advocate license will be a plus
• Good English proficiency in both oral and written
• Applicants must be willing to travel if needed by the company
• Willing to be located in Bali
