About the Leasing General Manager - Shopping Malls and Retail Role: Based in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in driving the leasing strategy and managing tenant relationships for high-end retail shopping mall. You will be responsible for identifying and securing premium tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a vibrant and diverse tenant mix that aligns with the companys brand and vision. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract high-end retailers and maintain a competitive edge in the market
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing tenants, understanding their business needs and collaborating to create mutually beneficial leasing arrangements
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging brands, and potential tenants to enhance the malls tenant mix
