Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events
• Coordinate logistics and manage event timelines
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams
• Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting
• Set up and take down displays
• Organizing marketing materials for the event
• Gauge the response to the company at the event
• Raise company awareness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in assisting event planning or a similar role (+/- Project Admin/Officer role)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented, creative, and the able to contribute innovative ideas to events
• One year of experience working on events
• Ability to work with finance, tax, and other supporting teams (standard comprehension of taxes would be an advantage)
• Ability to work independently
• Incredible interpersonal skills
• Ability to create marketing materials
• Ability to create reports (metric/qualitative) of the success of the event
