About The Company:

• The working venue is in SouthJakarta.

• Our client is a Restaurant Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker HRGA (Legal & Accounting support) Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

HRGA:

• Handle general HR and GA operations, including employee documentation, office administration, and internal coordination.

• Manage and process VISA applications and renewals for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Legal Support:

• Coordinate with the legal team based in Japan to support legal procedures and documentation.

• Assist with local applications and processes that require on-site presence in Indonesia.

Accounting Support:

• Liaise with external accounting agents to collect and submit necessary financial documents.

• Provide administrative support for accounting-related tasks.

• In the future, help transition accounting operations in-house by building internal capabilities.

• other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree.

• More than Business level Japanese with N2 and above (Also need reading and writing skills).

• More than conversational level English.

• Working experience as HRGA for at least 3 years in Japanese company.

• Maximum 35 years old.

• Having experience in processing VISA and work permiton applications

• Williung to do various tasks and handle alone

• Be able to work under pressure
