Job Description

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the overall information security architecture, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the design and development of technology solutions.
3. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
4. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
5. Develop and maintain an incident response plan to ensure a timely and effective response to security events.
6. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees, promoting a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.
7. Stay informed about the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
9. Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and adjust security measures accordingly.
10. Analyze security logs and reports to identify potential security issues and trends.
11. Provided weekly and monthly report regarding security operation.

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in IT operation and information security roles.
3. Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and security protocols.
4. Proficiency in security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies.
7. Ability to adapt to evolving security landscapes and industry best practices.
8. Having the following certifications in cybersecurity will be a plus.
